About Us

Pulse Interactive Media was founded 5 years ago by Wendy Azad as a way to make meetings and events more interesting and more effective. Armed with an audience response system, we began our mission to add interactive elements to corporate gatherings. Our flexibility to adapt to our clients needs has led us to create additional innovative services such as: interactive entertainment, Link2 technology, and smart phone polling. You could say we’re fighting to revive the ordinary meeting, and provide value to any event.


How We Create Your Meeting:

Our first consultation is to establish what type of meeting or event you want to have:

  • Through a series of questions, we discover what needs and wants you have for the event.
  • From there we show you options and give recommendations of the best way to accomplish it.
  • Once you make a decision, we walk through what we will need, and set up a completion timeline that will compliment your schedule.


The weeks leading up the event

  • Based on the services you’ve chosen, we work closely with you throughout the process of designing the event. We customize it to fit the content you want and the type of event you want.
  • We update you frequently to make sure we’re staying on track.
  • Within a couple of days of your event, we will send the presentation for final approval and make any changes if necessary.


Day of event

  • Based on the event requirements, we will have appropriate staff to provide on-site and/or off-site support
  • If on-site service is required, we will send a technician to help set up and make sure the presentation runs smoothly.


Follow up

  • The reports of your event are compiled and sent to you within 24 hours. We can also put the reports on a USB right after the event for your use.
