The purpose of the event is to gather opinion from high level executives and influential people around the community to help form policy for the legislator. Keeping the results anonymous is vital for the success of the event, but they weren’t sure how to accomplish it and get the information they needed.
Our product allowed the Salt Lake Chambers to collect valuable data on upcoming legislation and as well as downtown development completely anonymously. We programmed the keypads to collect the data anonymously. We were able to ask important questions and get an honest response from attendees. It created a win-win for everyone involved: attendees felt comfortable in giving responses and the Chamber received important data to pass on to legislators and set policy.
